Terms and Conditions

As with any event, a number of policies and conditions are necessary in order to protect the interests of both parties. Please carefully review the policies and conditions outlined below:

The Event Organizer is responsible for the conduct of all participants and

must ensure that all participants are aware of these policies and conditions:

Event Payment

  • A $300 deposit (for groups of 20 or more golfers) is required to secure your tournament date.  The deposit will be credited against your final invoice total on the event day.  The deposit is refundable only with minimum 30 days cancellation notice, confirmed by the Tournament Director in writing
  • The final number of golf and dinner guests must be confirmed 48 hours in advance of the event.  Within 48 hours, only up to a 10% numbers variance is permitted and additional guests will not be accommodated without the approval from the Tournament Director.  We regret that no refunds will be issued beyond the 10% variance
  • Your event invoice will be sent to you up to 48 hours prior to the event and it is expected that the invoice will be paid in full on the event day.  Any unpaid invoices over 30 days will be subject to a 2% interest charge per month on the total outstanding amount
